We at Benchmark Pattern are experienced in a wide variety of foundry tooling and CNC machining. We can convert 2D prints to 3D models or work with supplied 3D models. After models are checked and completed to meet your requirements the tooling will then be machined in specified materials. We have all the resources necessary to complete your projects. From modeling, to machining, to rigging and gating. 

Our staff has worked with steels, irons, plastic and wood. We have mounted patterns on Disa, Hunter, Herman, Mold boards, Sinto, B&P, BMM, BMD and George Fisher plates. Our core box experience includes shell U180’s, Redfords, SCB-9’s, U150’s. In isocure we have made top blows, U150, U180, L40, L150, CB16, CB22, HCB22, HCB26 and Demler core boxes. We are also experienced with investment and permanent mold tooling.
